About me
I work as a Software Craftsman, passionate Agilista, Coach, Spring Trainer at 42talents. My focus is on Java (Spring Boot, Spring *, JEE, OSGi), NoSQL (Neo4j, ElasticSearch) and various other open source technologies.
As a member of swissICT Lean Agile Scrum Working Group I co-organize the Lean, Agile & Scrum Conference and co-moderate the Agile Breakfast in Zürich & St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Being passionate about what I am doing, I organize the Neo4j Zurich and the Software Craftsmanship Zurich Meetups.
As a part of my community work, I co-organize Voxxed Days Zürich - Lean, Agile & Scrum Conference - Agile Lean Europe (ALE) and SoCraTes Conference Switzerland.
At ZHAW in Zurich, I teach Software Engineering and agile project methodologies in various courses.
I recently created a Spring Boot video tutorial on entwickler.de, a few years ago wrote a book called OSGi für Praktiker and speak regularly on conferences about Craftsmanship topics, Cloud, Microservices, Spring, Neo4j (Graph Databases), and NoSQL.
